QueueCraft Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Not affiliated with any park

QueueCraft is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, United Parks & Resorts (SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica), Merlin Entertainments (LEGOLAND) or any other park operator. Park, attraction and character names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the places the app describes.

The short version

QueueCraft is free and has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The developer does not run any server for the app and does not collect, sell or share your personal information. Everything you set up in the app stays on your phone and is deleted when you delete the app.

What stays on your phone

Your location

Location is optional. If you allow it, QueueCraft uses your position only while a park map is open: to show where you are and to draw walking directions to a ride. Routes are normally worked out on your phone from the park's walkway map.

When a park has no walkway map available, your starting point and the ride's location are sent once to the open-source Valhalla routing service, hosted by FOSSGIS e.V., to compute a route. Your location is never stored by the app, never sent anywhere else, and never used for advertising or profiling.

Services the app connects to

To show live information, the app requests public data from these services. Requests identify a park or a map area, not you. Like any internet request, each one reveals your IP address to the service that answers it, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

Park and attraction photos are built into the app, so viewing them sends nothing.

Background activity

Only if you have set a wait-time alert, the app occasionally wakes in the background to fetch that park's public wait times and decide whether to notify you. Remove your alerts and the background checks stop.

Feedback you send

"Report a bug" and "Suggest a feature" prepare a message for you to send with an app you choose: Apple Mail, your default mail app, the share sheet, or a copy to paste. The message includes the app version, phone model, system version, language and map provider, shown on screen before you send. Nothing leaves your phone until you send it yourself, and QueueCraft never transmits it.

The developer receives only what you send, uses it only to reply and to improve the app, and deletes it on request.

Permissions

Every permission is optional and can be changed any time in your phone's Settings. The app keeps working without them.

Your choices and rights

Because QueueCraft keeps your information on your phone, you are always in control of it: delete a ticket, an alert or a favorite in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. The developer holds no personal data about you except feedback emails you choose to send, which you can ask to have deleted. This applies wherever you live, including under the GDPR and California privacy law.

Children

QueueCraft is a general-audience app. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Accuracy

Wait times, hours, showtimes, height requirements and ride details come from public data and editorial research and can be wrong or out of date. Check the park's own posted information before you plan around it. Crowd figures marked "Estimate" are educated guesses, not measurements.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles information changes, this policy is updated, its date changes, and the new version ships inside the app and on the web.
